You may be wondering where we came up with the name, the Green Burro. We may have been inspired a little bit by our fine city and decided to tribute it. We also may have thought it was a little bit funny that the word "burrito" was derived from the word "burro". Some people don't know what a burro is, so we'll give you the obvious, it's a feral donkey. And both animals can be called asses, but we decided not to call the actual place "The Green Ass", we thought it would be better to call the food "big ass", because that's what it is.

We are the home of the almost famous big ass burritos, and folks liked them so much we decided to make the beers and the burgers "big ass" as well.
