It means that ingredients used in crafting our ales are grown without insecticides, bioengineering, or irradiation. Our Blonde Ale has been officially certified Organic by the USDA. Our beers are the only ones declared “Fresh From Florida” by the State’s Department of Agriculture. You can taste the difference.
