Innovation Center Denmark facilitates the entry of technology based Danish companies into Silicon Valley, connects research, capital and companies and innovates business models and market strategies. Innovation Center Denmark is a joint effort between The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Science and Technology and a new type of commercial mission located in technological hot spots around the world. The Center in Silicon Valley opened in June 2006 as the pilot project tasked with creating a sustainable, innovative business model. The next will be located in Shanghai and open mid-2007.
