he Varisco Building, a 55,000 sq ft seven-level, Late-Deco reinforced concrete masonry office building constructed in 1948 is presently undergoing a complete renovation. Unique exterior elements such as doors, windows, cast stone, marble and hand-painted tiles will be historically restored. The interior spaces will be refinished at a Class A level prior to custom tenant build-out and finish. Planned features include:
