Description:
The Queen Margaret Union is one of two Students? Unions at the University of Glasgow. It was founded in 1890 and, until 1979, it served as the Student Union for women, while our neighbours, the Glasgow University Union, served men. Since then the QMU has been open to students of both sexes, but both Unions have remained entirely separate.
The QMU provides a broad range of services. Feeding thousands of students everyday, as well as being one of Glasgow?s best student clubs and a venue for live bands.
