The SITI laboratory leads basic and applied research and offers educational opportunities with respect to the design and development of innovative solutions in fields like e-government, web services, multi-channel collaboration platforms, interactive systems integrating heterogeneous technologies in the spaces of community life.

SITI faces with unitary visions issues related to Information Systems in terms of architectures, services, and qualities; and related to the provision of support to users interacting through and with systems with manifold interfaces, mostly non-conventional, for personal or cooperation purposes.
